I had planned to finish “Part II” of the article I began in last month’s newsletter about long term real estate trends, but I experienced a somewhat surprising, yet most welcomed September surge in my real estate business.  Summer may be over, but this market remains lively!  I will be completing the research needed to publish the article on Long Term Real Estate Trends in the upcoming October newsletter, so stay tuned!

For now, the vitally important market data section as well as the news articles I’ve collected for this month are included in this abridged edition of the newsletter.
