PAUL'S REAL ESTATE MARKET NEWSLETTER – APRIL 2015

Welcome to the April edition of the 2015 Denver Real Estate Market Newsletter.

Announcing Paul’s Move to RE/MAX Masters

Each time I work with a new client, we discuss the pros vs cons of buying and selling real estate.  The entire process, from the time I first meet with the client until the time we sit at the closing table, can often take months and sometimes years.  There are so many factors that must be considered when making a major life changing decision like buying or selling a home.

As with my clients, I too have been carefully considering a move for some time; a move to a new real estate company.  While Keller Williams had been a suitable home for the last 9+ years, I knew I needed to make a move and align myself with a company of experienced, top producing agents, not just in Denver, but Colorado and beyond.  On April 1, after years of deliberation, weighing each and every one of my options, I made my move to RE/MAX.
Why RE/MAX?
RE/MAX met one of my most important needs, to work with a company of highly experienced, top producing real estate agents.  RE/MAX agents have an average of 15+ years of experience and provide their clients with the best home buying or selling experience possible.
The move to RE/MAX Masters is also about me being able to offer my clients the very best in real estate services.  As part of the RE/MAX team I’m now better able to serve:

  • Luxury clients:  The RE/MAX Collection is a distinctive brand for buyers and sellers in the luxury market, with an elegant look and name that commands attention and prestige.
  • Corporate relocation clients:  With an attractive job market, Denver draws in professionals across many industries.  I am now able to work with clients when they are being relocated by their company.
I’m thrilled to be a part of the RE/MAX family of real estate professionals.  RE/MAX agents are among the best of the best.  By surrounding myself with the best, I will continue to strive to be the best for my clients.
