November 2020 Real Estate Statistics

The Metro Denver real estate market has had a year like no other.  We've seen some very strong Seller's Markets during my nearly 15 years in real estate, but this may be the strongest!  Home prices up 14.5% since last November with a majority of homes selling over List Price!  Additionally, average days on market is 19.5 days, a 50% drop compared to this time last year.  That's fast!  It's a GREAT time to be a seller!
