The March Real Estate Snapshot tells two stories. Sold activity is pre-virus, homes contracted in late Jan/Feb. Active Listings and Pending were mostly 'business as usual' for the first two weeks in March, with the Governor's 3/25 shelter-in-place order dramatically affecting the market. The true impact of COVID-19 will begin to become apparent when we see the April statistics in mid May.
