What a year for real estate! Last month, the inventory of available homes for sale hit a record low and combined with insatiable buyer demand, 2021 finished the year as an exceptionally strong Seller's market! December is typically one of the slowest months in real estate, but there were no signs of slowing the last month of 2021. There is nothing normal about this market!
