It is still a Seller's Market, but we saw the typical "back to school" seasonal slowdown after a June market peak. Inventory, while still lower than last year, is increasing which benefits buyers and there is less buyer competition this time of year, so we are seeing fewer bidding wars than what we saw during the spring market.
