NEW LONE TREE LIBRARY BREAKS GROUND

The site is just east of the Lone Tree Arts Center at the corner of Commons Street and Sky Ridge Avenue. The land was donated by RidgeGate’s development company, Coventry Development. The 25,000-square-foot library — 2.5 times as large as the current library on Lone Tree Parkway — will open in spring 2016.
