The trend continues… The market has continued to remain strong, and houses are selling ~30% faster than they were last year at this time. Inventory continues to remain low at ~1/3 of what it was at this time last year!

Denver’s real estate market continues to overperform! Historically low interest rates along with an increase in work from home jobs has boosted sales, all the while, inventory of homes for sale continues to be very low – about half of what it was at the same time last year!
