Boy, do I feel OLD! For the first time ever, my buyer client, Abby, is the daughter of one of our close family friends. Talk about pressure - I really needed to go above and beyond, or I was going to hear it from mom and dad! How is it possible that little girl I knew years ago is now a happy home owner? Kudos and Congratulations! It's an impressive accomplishment to be a homeowner at such a young age, especially in the era of 'Generation Rent'.
