LONE TREE INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION

Lone Tree Independence Day Celebration:
Monday, July 4th, 2016
4:00 pm – 9:15 pm

Residents from Lone Tree and Acres Green are invited to attend Lone Tree’s Independence Day Celebration on Monday,July 4, 2016 at Sweetwater Park.

Wristband Information:

Wristbands are required to enter the Independence Day Celebration. Children age 3 and under do not need to wear a wristband.

Wristbands will be available until supplies last, last year we ran out of wristbands so come and pick them up early!

Guidelines for Wristband allocation include:

Each residence in Lone Tree and Acres Green, that falls within the city limit boundaries, can pick up four (4) wristbands and purchase an additional four (4) wristbands at $5.00 each (while supplies last). Cash or Check only.
If picking up for another person, the following must be provided:
– A copy of their ID with their current address with a signed note
– A copy of their ID and a utility bill with current address and a signed note
Proof of residency includes:
– ID with current address
– Utility bill and ID
– Rental agreement and ID
– Deed and ID
– Car Registration or Insurance Card and ID
– Bank Statement and ID
– Online account with current address and ID
Please do not lose or remove your wristband, it is non-replaceable and will be used for re-entry into the event. There will be security checking at each entrance.

Event Entertainment:

Enjoy music from 101st Army Rock Band and headliner, Funkiphino. Kid’s activities to include: Dance Foam Pit, Water slides (bring your swim gear), Waky Ball, Bungee Run, Climbing Wall, Obstacle courses, Animal Land, Big Baller, other inflatables and new this year- The Cave of Confusion and backyard games. There also will be an artists corner with face painting, glitter tattoos and wacky hair art. Don’t miss performances by the BMX Stunt team and the funky Gora Gora Orkestar Marching Band throughout the afternoon.

Food Trucks onsite include:

El Toro the Tot, Barbed Wire Reef, Sokare, Crepes A Go Go, Lena B BBQ, The Savory Life, BTO Frozen Yogurt and Kona Ice

Kids Bike Parade:

Fourth of July festivities begin with the children’s bike parade down Lone Tree Parkway, Sweetwater Road and into the park from Sweetwater Trail. Free Bike Decorating begins at 3:00 pm. Bring your bike and decorate it in the spirit of 4th of July. Bike decorating will take place at 3:00 pm – 3:45 pm, at the entrance to Club Terrance Drive, Lone Tree. Bike Parade will begin at 4:00 pm and the parade will move north –east down Lone Tree Parkway, turning into Sweetwater Road and into the south entrance of Sweetwater Park.
