THE HISTORY OF LONE TREE

      • The City of Lone Tree incorporated in November 1995
      • Ridgegate master planned community annexed in 2000
      • Heritage Hills, Centennial Ridge and Carriage Club annexed to the City in 2001.
      • In 2004 the City’s police force was established.
      • Park Meadows Mall was annexed in 2006.
      • Light rail was extended to the Lone Tree community, with the first stop at Lincoln Station opening in 2006.
